See Liverpool City from the air by Helicopter! Depart from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and fly towards city at speeds of over 100 mph! Be sure to take a camera as views en-route include Sefton Park, Liverpool Football Club’s Anfield Stadium, Everton Football Club’s Goodison Park, Aintree Racecourse and Knowsley Hall & Safari Park. This is an extremely popular flight and whether it is for yourself or a present for someone else it is definitely something that can’t be missed.

Flight experience lasts for approximately 20 minutes covering over 30 miles around Liverpool’s most stunning landmarks!

The type of Helicopter used is a Robinson R44 Raven II with 3 available passenger seats, all with a window seat!

Seats can be purchased individually or in multiples. A minimum of 3 seats must have been purchased for this flight to take place.

Weight and Balance is critical to the safe operation of the helicopter, therefore an average weight restriction of 14 stone per seat applies, with a maximum combined weight of 42 stone for all 3 passengers.

You will be asked for the weight of the person(s) flying when booking your flight over the telephone, it is very important that you give the true weight of the person(s) flying at this time.
Please note: For safety reasons, all passengers will be weighed at Helicentre before their flight takes place. If the weight of the passenger is then found to be heavier than the weight you had given verbally at the time of booking, the passenger(s) will not be allowed to fly for flight safety reasons and the ticket will become void. (Discretion of 1/2 stone may be given depending on the weight of other passengers on that flight).

Minimum age depends on the size of the child, but likely to be around 3-4 years of age. They must be able to sit upright, unaided in a booster seat if required. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.

If it is a last minute present, you can collect from Helicentre or we can scan a copy of the voucher and send by email as well as putting the voucher in the post for you.

Flights are operated once every 2 months and are subject to availability.
